60 isn't that old Karmelowicz worked in the NFL for 18 seasons, making stops in Houston, Kansas City, Washington and Cincinnati before joining the Lions last season. He was a 35-year coaching veteran and he worked at Miami, helping Warren Sapp make the transition from tight end to tackle while also working with Russell Maryland and Cortez Kennedy on some of the best teams in the school’s history. Karemelowicz is also credited with helping bring along Mario Williams with the Texans. www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/fb/texansfront/6986628.html
