I always tell myself on a cruise I would survive only on chips and other food sold in a sealed bag.I'm always freaked out that I would ruin my vacation throwing up in my cabin all week.Other than that good luck dude where you going?

LOL, I guess that's one way to look at it.
We're heading out of Glaveston to Montego Bay, Jamaica first. Then on to the Grand Caymans and Cozumel, Mexico after that.
As soon as my sister gets here we're on our way!

I did your exact cruise a few years ago. Grand Cayman and Cozumel are both awesome. Montego Bay is a huge disappoint and just looked like a big ghetto. Be sure to hit up as many excursions as you can. I did a jungle zip line thing in Jamaica that was cool, and a speed boat thing in Mexico that was awesome.

Just got back. I'm freakin wiped out!!
You were right about Montego Bay. Other than the resort area the whole country is as poor as it gets. There's no evidence of a middle class at all, just one big shanty town once you leave the city limits. And other than the tour guides the locals don't really seem to care for outsiders trampling around their country either....the kids waved at us once in a while but it was mostly a lot of cold stares and unfriendly looks.
We did the same zip line excursion you did at YS Falls. That was fun but it was the 4 hr (2 there, 2 back) bus ride from hell that defined that trip....that's the scariest shit I've experienced in a long time and it beats any roller coaster I've ever been on!
Jamaica was disappointing and I doubt I'll ever go back, but Grand Cayman was the shit. We hooked up with the coolest bus driver/tour guide you could ever meet and he showed us everything at a very cheap discount, then dropped us at the beach for 3 hrs to take in some of the best sun and fun I've ever had. I was really impressed with that place and we're already talking about another possible trip there in the future. He told us if we ever want to spend a week there he'd make sure it was the best time we could possibly have.
Cozumel was beatiful but Mexico is Mexico....nothing new for any of us. We did try snorkeling there for the first time and it was pretty cool, but we didn't have a whole lot of time in port there so everything felt rushed. Still, there was an endless supply of free margaritas and Dos Equis to go along with some awesome fajitas. Needless to say Cozumel is where I got the drunkest, hands down.
Anyway, I'm back now and we've got a ton of unpacking and laundry to do. I had an awesome time and its a trip I won't ever forget. Once I find the camera I'll set up an album at Photobucket for everyone to check out. We've got some great pics.
;D

Nice pictures. Looks like it was a blast! I wish Galveston looked like that.
