What did you all think of Mike Singletary

What did you all think of Mike Singletary's actions and press conferance Sunday? I think the Texans should hire him as DC next year and fire Dick-head Smith.

I've always liked him but I don't think the 49ers would let him go after half a season.He's always been the heir-apparent in San Fran but nobody expected it to happen the way it did.

I thought it was great. Singletary is old school and he was sending a message that everyone is held accountable for their actions. There is definitely a problem with today's players that put themselves before their team. Sometimes when you want to set an example you have to single someone out and Davis did something stupid that hurt his team. Was it the best thing to do on national TV? Probably not but it definitely got Davis's attention and I bet the rest of the team will think twice.

I wish more coach's would nut up and handle these players like that. (ex. TO and C. Johnson.)

Mike is the man. Its the way coaches should be. I remember when I was in high school we had a couple coaches we were actually afraid of. The NFL needs some of that.
