So now that we have been here for a while what s everyones thoughts on the other board compared to this one? I know we lack the traffic here, but we have some great guys here and some quality posters.
I have since had my access restored on the other board and I post there as well, along with dropping in at Texans Talk.
What are your guys thoughts about the other board and life here now?

I love it hear. I don't mind the less traffic because everyone here knows what they're talking about and I don't have to sift through a hundred worthless posts to get to one good one. Sure i would like to see this site grow in time but as long as the members we have now stay active then eventually we'll draw more in.
As for HT.com I still love the main site but i don't have any use for the forums any more. I'll never go back there after the treatment I/we received, but don't let my opinion stop anyone from rejoining over there if you want. Just make sure y'all try to persuade the good posters to come visit over here.

I look on the other site for info,but thats it.The shit these people choose to argue over is ridiculous.The good thing about this place is it's small so we can control what garbage comes in,and the hard heads are our hard heads.It's not a continuing list of douchenozzles and it's us who decides how a situation is handled

Did you catch my solution in the other thread? With this site the best I can do is have you click view the 50 most recent posts under the forum statistics center. Other than that man I'm sorry it's all I can do. |

I started posting over there a bit to whore out this site, but man it's so bad over there. I swear 99% of the posters are either 12 years old or have a learning disability. And the posts are all just rehash from shit we were saying last year when we were the regulars. I think I actually saw a thread today where some idiot was talking about drafting some punter. He needs to be slapped in the face. |

I get extra annoyed by people who are too fucking lazy to read the threads that are already there so they post the same thing over and over. I remember reading about 5 different threads about getting McNabb and another 5 about Cassel.

Yeah I just kind of pick and choose myself. Thats why I like this board the way it is. You dont have to weed through all the same crap over and over. The threads that get on my nerves are the cheerleader threads that will pop up after every win or the this team sucks after every loss. It's like clock work. It's the same thing that can be said in the gameday thread. They feel that their point is more heard if a new one is started.
